| Introduction | I am a 41 year old administrative nurse who believes in a high raw diet. I love incorporating green smoothies and green juices into my daily diet. I also eat cooked whole foods. I have found that I receive more joy from this way of eating than I did when I tried to be 100% raw. Everyone's different, and this is what works for me. This is my journey to integrate all aspects of myself into a flowing balance. My passions are; Raw food,Juice Feasting, hiking, Green Smoothies, waterfalls, dogs, 40's era-( music,dance,movies ) and beautiful jewelry. I will post my hiking pics periodically. |
