| Introduction | I am not an extraordinary person. Like so many, I work hard to provide for my family. I try to take care of my health by watching what I eat and working out when I can. I help out with homework and dinner at night, attend my children’s ballgames on the weekends and try to remember to pay the mortgage on time. In short, I am an ordinary person who experiences life at a one-day-at-a-time pace.
