| Introduction | Over the years, my love for party/event planning has gotten a little out of control. People always tell me I should start my own business. Right now it is something I do for fun and as a form of stress relief. At this point, I'm not ready to give that up and risk it feeling like a "job". I want it to always be something I enjoy! SO, I figure maybe I should at least start a blog. This way I can document all the things I've done so I can remember in the future. Plus I love reading other blogs for ideas! Why not share mine? :) Reason for the name? My husband used to always call me "Chickadee" when we first started dating. I used to talk about opening some sort of store one day and we both agreed if I ever did, it would be called "Chickadee's". Since it doesn't look like I'll be opening a store anytime soon, I'll use the name now! Chickadee's often travel and sleep in groups. Clearly they like to party, right?? Now, time to look back through my pictures and figure out where to start! |
