| Introduction | My personal yoga journey began about twelve years ago and has become a passion. Yoga has become an anchor in my life, providing a center of balance for my physical wellness as well as mental and spiritual wholeness. My goal is to bring yoga to those who are interested but may be hesitant to try it at a traditional studio or commercial gym. I aim to always lead a safe but satisfying practice. I am certified by YogaFit and insured by Insurance+. Personal Information: I am a 40-something with one teenage child. I am a teacher and a writer who enjoys summers off to spend with my family, catch up on writing, and get back to a fitness routine! |
