Introduction	I've never blogged before but giving it a try. I know a lot of us in this world have forgotten how to be happy. Happy with our bodies, our minds and most of all our lives. We have become consumed and influenced by today's media telling us who we need to be and should be, whether it be the way you look or how you work or what career you should choose. This blog is all about just being you. I hope it not only helps you, but also me. I'm hoping this blog allows all of us to stay true to ourselves without becoming lost in society as just another "number".
