| Introduction | I obtained an Associates degree in Interdisciplinary Studies as an Educational Paraprofessional. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness and I am currently working to complete a Masters program in Health Education. Concurrently, I am working to obtain a certification in stress management, crisis management and as a wellness coach. I have practiced natural medicine for more than 20 years as this is part of my Caribbean culture. Holistic medicine is a passion of mine and will be reflected throughout my commentary. |
