Introduction	Cor blimey! What to say .. what to say. Well, I'm a little on the odd side. Let's just say the rebellious tom-boy has well and truly stayed with me .. and I'm turning 40 this year! Fitness is a vital part of my life, and I'm constantly pushing myself to improve - physically, mentally and emotionally. I'm competitive .. although I like to also think I'm generous and can allow others to take the limelight. 2009 is going to be an awesome year for me. Having consolidated a lot of prior work on my emotional self, I'm now going great guns on improving my fitness, flexibility, strength and physique. I plan on hitting 40 in the best shape of my life .. and I'm there, having just achieved my goal of less than 18% bodyfat. Time to set some new goals! I've met some awesome people along this journey thus far - both in person over the years and recently through the online community that frequents my favourite self-renovation blog at www.craigharper.com.
