| Introduction | I started out as a massage/ spa therapist, worked my way up the corporate ladder and finding my niche in operations and management of a spa, I am currently a spa and wellness center consultant specializing in spa operations and management. I am a teacher by heart (but not a trainer), lecturer, coach (even a cyber coach), referral facilitator, mentor and speaker specializing in Massage/Touch Therapy. I am also a spa and indigenous healing aficionado, connoisseur and information consultant. I will tell you what you need to know and direct you to people who can be of help. Nearly half of my experience in the industry was spent on managerial, consulting and supervisory level.
