| Introduction | I cooked periodically in high school, learning mainly from watching my mom cook. We really didn't eat out much, so the central point of the house was the kitchen. I developed a love for starting everything from scratch while in college, making some simple breads and dinners - but it wasn't until recently that I really got into the groove of things. My mom now says I'm a better cook than she is, and I'm loving these great dishes I keep coming across. I'm always looking for something real challenging to push me further in the world of baking and cooking. |
