| Introduction | I am an Engineering Manager with a MNC in Penang. I have over 17 years to date of Engineering Management experience in PC, Embedded Product industries. My special skills cover project, process and people management. Software Development and System Validation are my technical speciality. Aside from work, I have a happy family with 1 wife and 1 daughter ages 10. I find it as challenging being a father as a manager to a group of engineers. No kidding!....Malaysia school education system has not changed enough to bring Internet Technology into school life. There is an opportunity for me to contribute to fill in the gap.
