Introduction	I find it hard to believe anyone is really good at this part, but here goes. I am just me. An avid reader who loves to cook, often a little dismayed at the shape in the mirror, I like to think I am amusing, and I often enjoy one or more cocktails than what is good for me. A sometimes vegeterian madly in love with a strict carnivore. Though I try to slide a few veggie-centric meals past him, luckily he is almost as open minded towards food as I am. Bascially I love to cook and share my meals. I created this blog to share my culinary experiments with people I might not reach otherwise.
