| Introduction | I am an Italian mum living in the UK and I LOVE COOKING.I was born and bred in San Daniele del Friuli, a small town in a region called Friuli Venezia Giulia where good food and wine are a strong tradition since ever. In 2005 I decided to follow my husband Alessandro to London. Now I'm a very happy and proud full-time mum of two boys, the most fulfilling job in the world. In my spare time I like experimenting new recipes and in all these years I've been collecting many of them thanks to my mum, granny, mum in law, friends, Internet...and I thought that I would like to share them with the English speakers all around the world. People who maybe have a full-time job and need to cook quick meals, or who cannot cook and need easy recipes, or who simply like Italian food and want to try something different.
