Introduction	Hi, and welcome to my blog. I am a running enthusiast and running coach. I am a retiree with two grown daughters. I was born in Los Angeles but have been calling Cary, NC home for 29 years. My husband, Mark and I have been married for 35 years and love being grandparents to Toby (2 1/2 years old). I may be a senior citizen, but I still enjoy an active life with my running and getting out as much as possible. No slowing down for me. My life is full of love with a wonderful family. I am surrounded by great friends too. I am still putting on "finishing" touches to my life with reading and running which I view as an on-going process in learning about myself and the universe. I want to enjoy high energy as long as possible and to that end I keep active and make every effort to keep running marathons, keep busy with all the things I love-- cooking, mothering (and grandmothering), and being a good friend.
