Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
Of course! you can trace the evolution back to a deserted island in the Mediterranean sea that has long since sunk. Long ago some spoons went exploring and got lost, in order to survive they had to evolve sharp ends and so they eventually changed into forks as we know them today. How they made it to mainland Europe is steeped in myth.
