| Introduction | This upcoming May I will have officially lived in the South for 9 years. It is hard to believe that much time has passed however it still feels like yesterday that I became a northern transplant. Living in the south has been an exciting time for me especially when it comes to food, fried chicken is always a favorite and biscuits have become common place, however you'll never catch me eating a chicken fried steak. I am always up for a culinary adventure and love to experiment with food. |
