Introduction	I am double French/French Education major at Miami University and I will soon be embarking on the greatest journey of my life as I spend almost a year as a student in France. But what to say about me… well, I have to start with food since I love it so much: I love scallops, they are certainly my favorite food, especially when cooked Cantonese style in soy sauce and sherry with fresh ginger and garlic served over a rice stir-fry with peas and celery; hmm hmm. Otherwise fruit is my favorite. Horses are my favorite animal and my favorite color is yellow, followed closely by orange and green which are tied and chosen based on the situation. In fact, I am pretty consistent when it comes to favorite colors because in kindergarten I recorded yellow as my favorite. But I am not sure how much that means since I also stated that my career aspiration was to be Rajah the Tiger from Aladdin. Really, I want to teach French, or Chinese, or work for a company in Management with my French. As for now, I am not sure but what I do know is that this time in France is going to shape me and my outlook forever.
