| Introduction | Mom of 5. Grandmother to 3 beautiful granddaughters. I have 3 children still living at home. The end of 2011 was a life-changing, sorrowful time for my children and I. On December 20th, 2011, my husband Julian was headed home for a very short Christmas vacation from working in North Dakota for about a month. Julian and his coworkers were all killed in an automobile accident before they had even made it out of the state of North Dakota. Julian always encouraged me to live my dreams. One of the biggest dreams I have had my whole life is to become a photographer. So at the age of 41, I am starting to live that dream. We miss Julian terribly, but he was always upbeat and positive and he would want us to live life to the fulliest - the same way he did. |
