| Introduction | About Lauren Lauren is a member of the Tribe who hails from Virginia Beach, Virginia. With an Irish last name and a small schnoz, she has a bit of a complex about proving her Jewish identity, leading her to go kosher at 12-years-old and wear an excessively large Star of David throughout much of her adolescence. Lauren’s favorite davening spots are yoga class and the beach, and she likes her challah with extra butter. About Jessica Jessica is a Texan Jew who relocated to LA in 2008. Shortly after her Bat Mitzvah, Jessica got her first job selling bagels, which was an early indicator of her future social tendencies. She loves spreading her favorite aspects of Jewish culture (heavy eating and drinking) to her goyim friends. She invites all who are hungry to come and eat at her raucous Passover seder and her annual Hanukkah Fry-Off (why limit the fry-fest to potatoes?). Rumor has it that the food at last year’s shindig rivaled that of the Texas State Fair. Deep-fried Oreos, anyone? |
