| Introduction | Hi, I'm Nicki and I am aiming to go from Fat to Fabulous!!! I am happily married to a saint called Steve and have three grown up children, who I just adore! My aim is to lose the weight, gain some confidence and get back into work and live a normal life. My two dreams are to have my marriage blessed and to go abroad on an aeroplane - both of these I will do when I am at my target weight!!! As well as suffering from severe depression and the agoraphobia and the phobic anxiety and the self harm, I also suffer from Intercostal Neuralgia which causes me intense pain in my back and chest, this has been happening since January 2009 and I am hoping that the weight loss will help with this condition too. I have some excellent medical professionals behind me, including my GP, Psychiatrist, Community Psychiatric Nurse, Pain Consultant and Physiotherapist. I am lucky to have all these people in my life who are genuinely nice and caring people and have looked after me for many years. |
