Introduction	I am a Girevoy Sport (GS) or better known as Kettlebell Sport athlete and coach. This blog serves as a platform for me to share my journey through this sport that I love, as a competitor as well as a coach. I train under the professional guidance of Master of Sport Emily Friedel, from the Australian Kettlebell Cub. The program that she prescribe derives from the methodology of World Champion and Honored Master of Sport Valery Fedorenko, whom I had the honor of meeting and trained under. These two excellent coaches have been a great influence and guidance throughout my GS journey.
