Introduction	I am a 28 year old residing in Los Angeles, CA. I truly love animals so I do not consume then in anyway, including clothing and of course what goes in my mouth. Anyway, I am not just vegan, there are so many other things that define me. I love to dance, I love health and nutrition and getting super educated on the subject. I love giving advice, at least to those who want to listen. I want to use this blog to just give advice on anyone who wants it about my finds in life and health. I am also using this site as a type of therapy for myself to better process my world. We should all be striving to live our best lives!

Favorite movies	Labyrinth, hands down. Really anything that makes me laugh or think!
Favorite music	Mostly Classical... Blues, Oldies, pretty much anything that sounds good.
Favorite books	The Giver is my all-time favorite book, go read it!

Because we could not understand that which we see beyond our eyesight.
