| Introduction | I love to cook, love to eat, and love even more to talk about food. After a few years of working as an interior designer in Atlanta, I started to realize that I enjoyed cooking much more than my day job. It took some balls, and lots of saving, and July 8th, 2010 I took a life altering leap... figuratively speaking. I packed my bags and moved overseas to Paris to focus on cooking and all things French.
