Introduction	Project Lucania is my blog devoted to all things Lucanian from the Southern region Of Italy known in modern day as The Basilicata. My mission is to index, cook and photograph as many authentic Southern Italian dishes that are exclusive to this region as well as family recipes passed down to me. Occasionally I'll throw in several of my own food creations fused inspired by other cultures.
