Introduction	As a Chevening Scholar from Bangladesh- I did LL.M. with the University of Warwick in 2007-8. I did my previous with University of Dhaka in 1999. I started my career with the Ain o Salish Kendra as the Assistant Coordinator, Communication & Media Unit and Advocacy Unit [1996 to 1999]. I joined the international coalition campaigning for an International Criminal Court as the Program Coordinator, Asia from 1999 to 2002. Action on Disability and Development (ADD) appointed me as Human Rights Officer (2003 to 2006). I played the multi-dimensional role of the Programme Manager of Manusher Jonno Foundation 2006 to 2007. United Nations Development Programme Bangladesh engaged me as an Expert Consultant of their e-Governance in 2007. From November 2008 to June 2009 I worked with EEP/shiree as an Advisor. Since July 2009 I joined the Intercooperation in their Local Governance Programme (SHARIQUE) as the Advocacy Coordinator.
