| Introduction | Bill Honer has traveled independently to more than sixty countries throughout the world, bringing a broad perspective to his writings. In 1999, he co-authored "Adult Education for the Homeless-From the Streets to Self-Sufficiency"(Miller-Freeman, San Francisco (1999). The State of California Department of Education retained him in 1998 to assist in the writing of the state's “Five-year Plan for Adult Education.” Bill also taught grant writing at Windward Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii. |
