Introduction	David edited the Askov American beginning in 1983. In 1987 we bought the newspaper becoming owner/publishers. We stayed there 'til 2003. We moved to Brownsville, David's boyhood town, that year to live in that area of Minnesota and to help out his mother. David died unexpectedly of sudden cardiac death in 2007.
