| Introduction | I left the suburbs behind and headed out to an 1880's farmhouse with high hopes for a more fulfilling life. I spend my days as a criminal defense attorney and my nights and weekends as an amateur chef. We attempt to live within a budget so none of the recipes here feature a laundry list of exotic ingredients nor do they typically require any specialized equipment not found in the average American kitchen.
