| Introduction | In 2005 I was seriously injuried in an industrial accident (commercial fireworks), because of the injuries that I sustained I am no longer employable...I do custom scrollsaw work for fun and relaxation (http://HCSW.blogspot.com)....my wife Carolyn has Celiac Disease and is highly allergic to all forms of gluten...I started doing almost all the cooking 3 years ago...since then I have created numerous gf recipes...that is why I am posting them on this site to help other who are gluten intollerent live flavorful lives. |
