In our office here at RAU, we have different kinds of experiences about school development, ranging from leadership, education, learning, interior and other environmental factors on learning. Significant questions we ask ourselves is, for example, how the learning environment affects the entire human ability and willingness to learn, achieve goals and make their own success as an individual spur even more personal growth and maturity? How do we create an environment that encourages creative problem solving skills? How to use a room lighting as educational tools?
