Introduction	A published poet and author, a disabled veteran, former private school teacher, cancer survivor, battling Type II diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, CIDP, heart attack survivor (February 2, 2019), father of eight adult offspring, grandfather to seventeen children, member of the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, residing quietly in Grand Island, Florida, with his faithful Pomeranian companion, Spazz the Wander Dog.
Interests	Camping, Travel, Reading, Movies, Poetry, Family History Research, Writing. My first book, Along Spain Creek, published in May 2014.
Favorite movies	"Patton," absolutely the BEST movie ever made, between 1910-2014! "Gettysburg," "Gods and Generals," "Gone With the Wind," "Tora, Tora, Tora," and others too numerous to name. I love movies!
Favorite music	Folk Music from the 1960s; Celtic; Bagpipe and Drums; Military Marches; Queen.
Favorite books	Wilderness Empire, The Frontiersmen, The Chase, The Wreck, anything by Tom Clancy, anything by John Grisham, Carl Sandburg, Bruce Catton, other memorable "good reads."
