| Introduction | I am a wife, mother, and cook. I am also a nurse practitioner. I have a passion for cooking--especially healthy, great-tasting foods. I'm no chef, but I aspire to be one! In another life, I will be one!!! I have the most wonderful husband, Randy, of whom I have been married to for almost 30 years. He is the love of my life. We met our freshman year in college, dated 5 years and then got married. We have 2 kids, Austin (Mo), age 26, and Sydney (Pearl), age 23 who is also married (just recently), to the greatest guy, Paul. For some unknown reason (my husband's weird sense of humor that would take a book to make anyone understand!), we are collectively known as the "Shug Family". Randy and I live in a small town in North Central Texas, we are huge sports fans and love the Texas Longhorns and the Houston Astros |
