| Introduction | Life can be hard, sad and full of challenges both personal and professional but I do my best to laugh every day (usually at myself). I've discovered that this "place" saves my sanity. I enjoy sharing with all of you my thoughts and stories so we can laugh, cry or merely feel reassured that we are neither alone in these experiences nor are we short of wonderful friendships.
