| Introduction | I was one of those that was convinced by a Doctor that a tarlov cyst was the cause of sciatic type leg pain. It has destroyed my life, but I keep trying to live my life. I now have Cauda Equina Syndrome because of the surgery that was done on my spinal cord which has virtually destroyed my life. At times I want to give up so I decided to start this blog in hopes that it might help someone else to learn what it is like to live with CES. At times you will see me vent because I need to, to live. You wont see much happiness, although I try to find it where I can, but it is rare and is like a gem when its there. If you have a Tarlov Cyst and a Doctor tells you this is cause for your pain and wants to cut on you, take heed, get second and third opinions so you dont end up being damaged as I was. Please take this warning seriously, it is no joke to have to live like this forever. |
