Introduction I'm a late twenties, mildly obsessive cook who has had three cookery courses, one restaurant, eight years experience and a fiercely sharp mother to hone my cookery skills. I trained at Leiths and went on to cook for weddings, work for Green & Black's for two years, practice as a food stylist, open a pop up restaurant and I finally wound up as the Senior Food Editor for a London Publishing House. But situations change and right now, I've just returned from living in Zimbabwe for 6 months and have settled back into English life. I'm busy writing a series cookbooks and playing with my new little baby boy.
