| Introduction | I am originally from San Francisco but have called the East Bay home for the past decade. I am a connoisseur of fine dining as well as junk food. One of the best meals I ever had was at a food cart in the middle of a public park in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I was on an extended work assignment, missing home but somehow my nose found its way to the oasis (food cart) where I had the best fajita, ever! The juices were running down my arm but I savored that fajita as if it were my last meal! My dream job would be where I can travel, enjoy each region's cuisine, get to know the people and then share it with friends back home through my writings. (Rachel Ray, you better watch your back, because I am vying for your JOB!) With this blog, I hope to share with family and friends my adventures in food, travels and my daily struggles of being on time. Through my wit, candor, and sometimes wicked sense of humor, I hope to bring a smile to your face. |
