| Introduction | I'm a disabled wife/mom/Nana. I've been married since 1996 to my 2nd husband, who is the most wonderful man on Earth. I was dx'd w/ Emphysema in late 2009 and Small Cell Lung Cancer Extensive in April 2011. I've also got a messed up spine and am awaiting my power wheelchair and am also being put on oxygen. I'm determined to live each day to the fullest and make as much of a recovery as I can from the cancer. As of today, 9/8/11, it's in remission (my cancer cannot be "cured", however) and I'm feeling a bit stronger. I see my children and grandchildren whenever it's a good time for all of them. ;) |
