| Introduction | Lady with life experience. Love people, and exercise. Together with my coach, @Sameh Amin, I managed to lose 41.2 kg, in 5 months. He also made a diet for me. I have 20 kg more to loose, but I will take it slowly. Because gym is still closed because of Covid-19������ But Inshallah, everything will be ok again.
