| Introduction | In my prior 'life', I worked as an independent computer consultant (e.g. programming for companies on a temporary basis). For me, this was the perfect life… work for a year or 2, and then take a few months off to travel before starting another consulting job. It got even better - I was able to make a decent amount of money with stocks. Unfortunately, I had back problems since college, which forced me eventually to have surgery in 2004. With the surgery, my back became even worse, so I decided that once my back recovered enough to travel, that’s what I would do for a year. So, that’s what this blog is about – traveling and a little commentary on what I see happening in the stock charts. |
