| Introduction | I've been an avid cook and baker for most of my adult life. There is nothing so satisfing as kneading bread, or taking a freshly baked pie out of the oven. I wanted to share this joy of cooking/baking with others who might be interested in recipes, hints and ideas. My friends always say I should open a bakery so decided to,on line. I've taken many cooking and baking classes and taught others here in my valley. I live in the beautiful state of Colorado and the mountains are an inspiration for much in my life. I hope to become a 10 year breast cancer survivor this Fall of 2012. I was also chosen to become a Field Editor for "Taste of Home" magazine in 2011, for which I am very proud!!
