Introduction	I'm a chef by trade and foodie at heart. I love all food, the people who make it and feel empathy for those who don't have it. Interests	Creating, reading, *traveling, teaching, Q/T with friends and family. 5 hour dinners and really good wine are nice too.

Favorite music	I usually list what I'm into on my blog. It changes all the time.
Favorite books	I love cook books. That goes without saying. I'm definitely a non-fiction kinda girl. I also enjoy beautiful books with quirky photography.
