| Introduction | Joining Coldwell Banker JMW has brought me full circle in my Real Estate Career. In 1981 I became a Realtor in Greenwich, CT. While I was a member of the Connecticut Board of Realtors I obtained the designation of Graduate, Realtors Institute and obtained a Brokers license. Throughout the 1990s I pursued a different career path that included Graphics Design management for research companies in Princeton, New Jersey, but I also maintained a license in New Jersey as a referral agent. I washed ashore on Cape Cod in 1998. For the past 12 years I have been a successful Mortgage Loan Originator for RBS/Citizens. During that time I helped first time homebuyers, vacation home buyers and Cape Codders who were moving up obtain the financing they needed to pursue their dreams. I am focusing now on helping homeowners with their efforts to sell their homes as Short Sales. I hope I can use my expertise and experience to help you follow your dreams. |
