Introduction This is my 4th year as the Instructional/Assistive Technology Specialist at the FLLAC Educational Collaborative. We have classrooms for students with developmental delays, autism, and children with behavioral and/or emotional disorders. I consult with our classroom teachers and I also consult and do Assistive Technology Evaluations in schools both in and outside of our districts. My background for many years was in computer support at schools and colleges. I graduated from UMass - Amherst with a degree in Technical Training. In 2000 I worked for ATECH Services in Concord, NH and received on-the-job training in Assistive Technology. The field captured my heart and eventually I enrolled the Assistive Special Education Technology Masters Degree program at Simmons College and graduated in 2004. I have presented at Closing The Gap in 2004 on Using Stages assessment software. In 2006 I presented at the ATIA Conference on creating Intellitools Classroom Suite activities with songs. This Fall I will present at Closing The Gap on using Clicker 5 to create activities for low-incidence children.
