| Introduction | Hello Everyone I'm Robert Johnson but please call me Bob. For the past 30 plus years I've been involved in the Printing, Graphic Arts & Office Products Industry. From humble beginnings as a printing press operator to a multiple President Club level performer with Xerox Business Services, I've seen most if not all of the major changes that have taken place. It was a digital revolution to be sure with many casualties along the way. This blog is dedicated to helping Sales Reps, Sales Managers to keep their "axe" sharp with their eyes on the prize. Which we all know is closing the sale. Some of it will be war stories. Some will seem like common sense. Some might be debatable which is the beauty of blogging.
