Favorite Music Pretty much anything, excepting today's horrendous "rap" and smug Millennial rock/pop. For instance -- ragtime? HELL yes.
Favorite Books Carl Sandburg's self-bio "Always The Young Strangers, " travel literature, David Sedaris, P.J. O'Rourke, Ann Coulter, Molly Ivins, "A Death In The Family" by James Agee, Curious George series, Dr. Seuss's "My Book About ME!, " Mark Twain travelogues, science non-fiction, American history from about 1850-yesterday.
