Introduction	I'm a mother to 3 very active children, ages 6, 8 and 21 months. I'm married to my wonderful husband, Mike, who's very devoted to his family. Currently I'm trying to loose the baby weight and then some, because I've always been overweight. Our diet has changed alot over the past year and I'm always looking for new ways to improve and simplify our life - from cooking, cleaning and maintaining our home. Oh - and on a budget to boot!
