| Introduction | I try to orient my life around two main priorities- love God and love people. The challenge lies in living out those priorities in whatever daily circumstances I'm in. Prayer, a humble heart, community, and a little laughter have become necessities that help me face each new day and live life well. I am amazed by the grace of God when I think of the wonderful people he has placed in my life- my dear parents and sister, a large extended family, wonderful roommate, tried and true college friends, my 4th grade students, and the community of believers in my church and Grace group. I'm thankful for many things in my life, but my greatest hope and joy come from knowing Jesus Christ. By grace and through faith in his death and resurrection, I was reconciled to God. How incredible is that? The God of the Bible who is all-knowing, all-powerful, unchanging, faithful, loving, merciful, good, and the Creator of all things desires to be in relationship with me and with you. What an amazing gift! |
