IntroductionThis is my weight loss blog. I feel like crap and I have to have some way of being accountable. Blogging has worked for a lot of people, so I am going to give it a try. First, I have to admit I am a quitter! If I don't get instant weight loss I get discouraged and give up. Also, I have to admit that I love food and I don't eat healthy at all, in fact we eat out way way to much. That being said, if I can make my lazy butt get up and exercise I do like to exercise. It's just finding time in my crazy schedule to work out. As a full time working mom, it is essential that I don't take the already limited time away from my husband and kids to get any sort of exercising in. My plan is to #1 Stop Drinking Soda, #2 Watch What I eat and #3 Exercise Daily.
Favorite musicAnything that makes you want to get up and dance.
Favorite booksRomance novels mostly. I'm a sap!!
