Introduction	I am 29 years old, have a wife and two sons (4 year old and a baby), work as a activator for people that are physically challenged and the elderly. I also work as a personal trainer in a small town called Bodo in Norway. My passions in life are my family and everything that involves training. Amongst my "hobbies" are; self protection and realistic scenario based training, disc golf, submission wrestling, snowboarding, etc..
