| Introduction | I left the states over ten years ago, and am now living in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. I am not one of the America-hating ex-pats. I love my country, and am proud of what it does right, and have hope that we may we stop what it does wrong. How’s that for a dream? I just wanted to see more. And besides, with all this red wine and olive oil, how can I go wrong? In addition to writing, I have directed plays at the high schools where I have taught, draw and paint badly but with great vigor, sing off key loudly, and lots of not so arty stuff. Mostly, I just like to laugh and read and eat and think, with good friends when possible. |
