| Introduction | I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi. I have previously served as General Secretary at Center for Democracy, Pluralism and Human Rights (CDPHR), a New Delhi based research institute. I have done my graduation from Fergusson College, Pune and did M.A. in International Relations and M. Phil. in International Organizations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. I have concerns for the socio-economic development and preservation of intangible cultural heritage of tribal communities in India. I am associated with Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, the largest organization in India committed for the cause of tribal people. |
